Questions Week 9 | Term 1 28/3/18

1. What schools did your teacher go to when they were growing up?
St Claire's Primary, Tahuna Intermediate, and Otago Boys High School


2. What is your favourite thing about your teacher and why is that important
to you? He is very nice and chill. He likes to mess around and have fun with some of his
students

3. What does your teacher enjoy doing when they are away from school?
Going to the beach and/or hanging out with his friends/family.


4. What made them want to be a teacher?
He just felt the urge to be a teacher.


5. What is it about your school that your teacher likes the most?
Meeting new peoples


6. Who are you his/her favourite students?
Brock, Zion, Elsie, Ruby and Jes



7. If your teacher could do another job what would it be and why?
Be the boss of a business


8. What do you think your teacher would be great at if they were not a teacher?
A Lawyer


9. Why do you think it is important that you get to know your teacher?
So he doesn't tell you off.


10. If you were your teacher what would you do differently to make your
classroom better? Have no Maori stuff (No karakia)

Questions Week 7 | Term 1 13/3/18

Q1: What is your favourite subject at school and why?
Writing, because you can write anything you want within reason.



Q2: Do you have any pets? What are they and what are their names? If you don't have a pet what pet would you have if you did?
I have a dog, her names Meg. I used to have another one but she died last year. Her name was Milly.



Q3: What are some of your favourite foods?
Chips, Thai, noodles etc



Q4: What is your favourite sport? What do you like about it?
Basketball. I like Basketball because you can get really fit and its a team game.



Q5: What are your favourite hobbies?
Playing games with my friends and playing Basketball



Q6: Who do you live with?
My parents. They are split up so I stay at dads on Monday and Tuesday, mums on Wednesday and Thursday and we share the weekends.



Q7: What is your ethnicity?
NZ European




Q8: The Census video talks about finding out if there are enough parks. Do you have a park in your suburb? Do you think your suburb needs a park or a better park? What would make it better?
Yes, we do. Tullet park. It could be improved by adding a basketball hoop or improving the playground. But the park is based on football.




Q9: Why do you think the government does a Census every 5 years?
So they can see the population so they can edit some forms.

Q1. How are you going to be more awesome in your learning

How are you going to achieve them? Get fitter, run/do more exercise

What are the things that block your learning? Noise

Q7. Kid President said, "Life is School, you gotta show up."
What does this mean to you as a learner? If you don't go to school
your going to be dumb.


Q8. What would you like to learn about this year? A bit more about rugby.

Room 9...

Room 9 is the best class in Casebrook. We respect everyone in our class including our teacher, Mr. Foster. We do fun activities and go on fun adventures, like going to the movies, the beach, and even Hanmer Springs! Mr. Foster helps and encourages us to get our work done. Room 9 is very welcoming and everyone works hard. We all take risks and we believe in everyone. Room 9 is the best class in the world and we should be awarded for working hard. We collaborate with room 10 which makes our work more interesting.
